This one-day event greets approximately 3,000 guests including the many children who enter free to enjoy the sights and activities. This alone indicates the success of the fair.
Since 1871 Directors of The Huntingdon Agricultural Society ? Division B, a non profit organization, have organized and operated this fun-filled day. Havelock Fair cow

The exhibits are many, from paintings to crochet; embroidery to culinary delights; quilts to children?s displays of crafts; forage crops to flower arrangements; horse and cattle show to goats, rabbits, and a variety of fowl which all provide a glimpse into rural life for all spectators to see. Non-profit community groups are able to promote their organizations and sell wonderful home-baked goods and items that relate to their organization. Guests on fair day know that any money spent at these kiosks goes directly to supporting the advertised non-profit group.

Music is in the background at all times and has become an integral part of the day.  Local artists showcase their talents by providing a diverse variety of music.  From Scottish bagpipes to country and western tunes you can hear pleasant melodies.

The ultimate goal has always been to provide an entertaining day for spectators and exhibitors alike.

The gates open at 8:00 a.m. to provide a day
full of fun for the entire family.

Admission is $10.00 and children under 12 get in FREE!

Sorry, no dogs permitted on the fairgrounds.
